I have to complain about the old people on scooters. They have almost run my dog over several times. I think that they should be stopped.
First off if the dog isn’t trained to a lead lead then the owner only has so much control. The dog is in a small radius around the owner, if people are just zooming around on their scooters then then they could hit the dogs.
Secondly, I have heard the dogs are being hit because people don’t see them. They should see an optometrist and get glasses or contact lenses.
In conclusion I think that people riding scooters get some way to improve their eyes and watch out for the dogs.

ReplyDeleteI loved reading this post about scooters. Did you see the news article last year where a man ran away from the police in Timaru on a scooter? It was quite a funny story and someone even videos the chase happening. I always make sure I have scooters heaps of room when I pass them on the street.
