- Potatoes- Because they last a long time without refrigeration and give carbohydrates
- Crackers- easy snack won’t go off
- Beans- gives protein and energy
- Nut bars-tasty and filling
- Apples-fruit provides juice and vitamins
- Nuts -easy snack protein
- Peanut butter- to put on crackers
- carrots - good for you
- Milk powder- can be made into milk with rain water
- Cereal- good breakfast food

Mannequin challenge
